I prefer the cast wheels as its no drama when you get a puncture.

As the pulley goes on with a bolt/nut combination I'm not really worried about threads in the hub.
I'm not sure I understood you.
On the front wheel can I just takeoff the right side rotor and put on my chrome (ish) hubcap?
I keep seeing a distinction in the magazines between a single rotor and a double rotor front wheel so I didn't know if I could do it.

As far as I know the only difference is that one has threads both sides and you can use the chrome dome to cover the unused ones but I can measure my twin disc cast hub for you if you wanna be totally sure.
