Noob questions
No wonder you keep coming to the states!!!

As for tires/tyres , I'm going with Metzeler 880's I think.
As of today I am the proud owner of a 1997 Dyna Low Rider ! That's the good news. Bad news is we spent the afternoon toggling back and forth between the HD dealer. The seller got a gasket for the round plate that covers the primary chain inspection hole (forget the term they have for this) that was different-it's a round flat disc and didn't work. He went back and got an after market o ring style--it worked better but still leaked...so my other thought is maybe the cover is warped , which the parts guy said is fairly common? so that was a known issue that still needs to be addressed. After the seller drove away, the horn stopped working LOL I mean c'mon talk about Murphy's law...well occasionally it would blip --my guess is a pinched wire or a short...now I need to trouble shoot that as I am sure HD will want beaucoup money to fix that, even if they simply trace the short.
I like the bike, it scares the **** out of me in a healthy way, but I like it. Healthy as in its a heavy ****** and I won't be tempted to do anything stupid with it.
Oh and I turned the fuel petcock to be horizontal to the ground instead of in the on or reserve setting...I am pretty sure I was told you should do this when you put her to bed?
I'll post pics in a day or so, got a lot going on now and am glad I got her in my garage. I may call her "Betsy" after the fictional person I keep saying "C'mon now..." to while wrenching on my truck and donating knuckle blood to the drive way gods

Thanks for your help guys.

That round cover is the derby cover and they do warp, if it has no writing or patterns on it you can try mounting it upside down or as near as you can get.
Some tires slip on them
As for the Metzelers I have heard good things about them.
