Transmission question

I'm going to check my shift rod. I thought it seemed looser and so forth and now when I start engine in 1st and clutch is all the way in it seems to want to lunge forward a wee bit..doesn't do it in neutral. If that's not it then clutch adjustment and checking the cable from clutch

Fixed it with a clutch adjustment.
