Didn't mention oil used, Barnett warns against some types. I don't remember specifically what it said on the instructions that came with mine, but warned of clutch slippage with some specialty types and additives - that was with a carbon fiber plate set.

The info I got from Barnett was to use Ford Type F ATF to soak the plates in initially and that is what I have used in my primary for years anyway.
What state of tune is the bike in? Your clutch might just not be set up properly if you have under 100HP...
The bike currently have an EV46 cam, mikuni carb, wiseco 10.1 pistons, bassani road rage and Little port job.
I haven´t dyno my bike yet, but I know for sure I´m below 100HP.
I plan to re adjust again the clutch to be sure, I´m just thinking ahead, but I thought also the barnett with extra plate should be enough also.
The clutcih discs have less tan 6000 miles, so I don´t think is worn out issue.
In the primary I´m using HD Formula+ , auto transmission aren´t very popular in Argentina so we don´t have easy access to Type F fluid or any kind of auto transmission oil.
Do you think that could be the problem?

Nah, not the problem. Unless you over filled it; then maybe that could be a problem.
You will be fine using the HD oil made for the primary.
I was just talking about Barnett's instructions for their Scorpion clutch.
I am surprised the extra plate is not working for you.

I built a bike to that exact spec and we got 76HP.....you should be using the thinnest manual gearbox oil you can get. If using the H-D Sportster tranny fluid then you are fine...anything thicker than that is not going to work properly.
The generic spec is 75W-90 Hypoid gear oil.
Your clutch will easily handle your power output so you have a clutch spring/adjustment issue....no need to buy a new clutch.

Spanners39, we were talking about primary lube.
I have not heard of putting 75W-90 hypoid gear oil into the primary.
Is that really what you meant to tell him?
Yes, I do know that Sportsters primary and trans share the same oil, I had not heard what weight it was. Or the weight of HD Formula+ either.

Harley primary oil is hypoid gear oil of the viscosity stated in my earlier post. You do not put engine oil in the primary and auto ATF is a very thin hypoid, that is why people use it in the primary when they can't get the other stuff or need it to be thin.

Going back to your original question I wrote to the AIM people a while ago, asking if they make one of their devices for my 1990 Evo and they don't. However as already suggested above, you seem to have a problem with your clutch and shouldn't need any mods to it.

They seem to have now ( https://www.aim-tamachi.com/home.php?cat=17 ).
But, now you guys made thing there is a problem with my clutch, maybe I should replace the plates and spring before upgrading to VPC.
Wich plates and spring do you recomend? Barnett? Energy One?
