Worried? Just use the the other side and mount from the right.

I've never seen a kickstand break or even bend but I don't get on my bike that way either. I try to keep as little extra weight off of it as possible.

Don't tell me you do all your "riding" with Scarlett on the jack to keep her clean!!!

Some times you just need to prove a point. That video went on for some time I had to cut it down. I just got tired of all the post I ran into about the cheap junk jiffy stand and bikes falling over.
Just don't happen.
