Can't go wrong with a W6 or EV27, Woods cams might be a little more aggressive which is good but some people pull them out because they can clatter. Have to have sound lifters, good oil pressure to the lifters and setting the push rods deeper help cushion the steep lobes but the Woods cams are lights out, I have a W6H and can't detect any valve train noise.
Jasper is trying to get some info to help, big bike? light bike? deep rpm's? do you want power low? riding style? 2 up? 1 up? this stuff makes a difference for recommendations. We will have you with a W9 @ 11.5-1 and make frequent underware changes if you let us decide.
in my opinion they are almost exact - except one uses the same intake duration as the exhaust = 240* - woods - W6 -- the Andrews 27 cam splits intake 236 exhaust 240 duration -- but they are both short duration cams and they have the same LSA - 101* ( lobe seperation angle in degrees )
so a small amount of compression increase gets it going in the normal driving range, i prefer the split duration type cams over the others as the valve sizes are not the same, and its a driving feel not a Dyno machine telling you - just my take - johnjzjz
