Well, when you get the bike sorted out you might look into getting something more suited to off road like a 4runner and stop messing around with that grocery getter you now have... LOL

after a full day of trail recovery of 4runners, FJ's and Jeeps...I like to sit down and dream about adding lockers, crawling gears, and other upgrades to my wonderful X
I may even go SAS (solid axle swap) for more fun
BTW I like 4 runners. There's a heck of a lot of cool aftermarket stuff for them as well.
I found my locking HiLift Jack carrier by looking at some mods on a Yota website

That's ok Lee, reality is over rated and my good buddy has an X, good thing he added tow hooks to the front....LOL
Only traction Mod on mine is one locker and switched one wire for the ABS disconnect. His does not have a lock but it's an older one, not sure what they have now. Both of them run forever and are good trucks... too bad they messed with the 4runners after 02, the new ones are yuppie mobiles....

The 2nd Gen "off road" and I think they call it "Pro" model now, have stock lockers.
Actually, no CJ's or 4runners have been personally rescued yet, but I have recovered 1 Jeep and two Xterra's (when most of your trail runs are made up of 98% Xterras--kind of hard not to wind up recovering one or two)

By the way my X is called "Maul Crawler" a take on the derogatory term for posers "Mall Crawler"
