I have a rear wheel speedo kit I bought but couldn't use because I went to a deuce wheel an there wasn't enough room for it. It's basicly a long cable, a clip that goes under a rotor bolt to run the drive unit an a drive unit an a chrome cover. $30 shipped if u need something an want to try it.

If Tee&Vee isn't interested, shoot me a PM, I've been thinking of getting one myself.. I'm in no real hurry and can wait till his project is completed for him to decide.. Any reason you can see that it wouldn't work on a dresser?
Thanks LW. i may take you u up on that as i gotta check the viability of making my current setup work. tom84 posted a greatly helpful photo so that i can see what else can be done. I'll let ya know sooner than later.
2006flst, you can just go for it. forget ebay as these things sell for $3000. Acme Choppers has a beautiful springer and the quality is good as I saw his shop. Made here in usa too if that matters to ya...
Got the one in the pic for $1200 on ebay...missing the fender and top tree....included wheel and brake...great shape except the wheel has a little rust
i got the handlebars and controls, switches and grips. i should be good to go and staRt the reinstall.
Flanders handlebars and the Avon grips are made in the USA if that matters to ya but the switches are from Ted. Buy it when i can

Your gonna have to cut some off that left hand grip to make it look right.
I just had a set of grips like that and that is what I had to do.
maybe THC, I doubt it because it is a 1" thru and thru. I had a dead spot (shall we say) on the last setup I had, they were Gatling Carlini rip-offs. The last were the beefy 1.25" but 1" controls and they were a tad long. I bought the same grips from the same manufacturer because I was amazed at how awesome they were, are. I had a crap pair on the first time but got lucky when I chose these. A pal is running some PM grips that looks like billet metal but they are awesome looking and feeling too but since we ride together a fair amount I don't wanne be a clone of him. lol
Thanks all,
Tom
