Ok, it's alive!
Got all of the air out of oil system, turned the gas on, toucn the starter button and scared the chit out of me because it fired as soon as it rotated.
Turned it off, got myself back together and refired it letting it idle with the choke on, had crap falling off the shelves, anything on the lift went to the floor and thought to myself, it's not a sleeper anymore.
Let it idle and came off the choke checking for leaks, started rapping it a few times and like Jasper was saying big cubes with the Dragula is defining and still have the 2 1/2 baffle in and calls for a 3 inch. Going to hook the AFR reader in it tomorrow, set the idle AFR, off idle AFR's and get it outside so I won't have my ears ring but first rating is: This is 10 on the stupid scale

CONGRATS!!!!!
Shakedown report:
Centrifical clutch - first thing noticable is when is when putting in gear there is no drag, clunk or bike moves, I thought I left something off when engaging first and quiet. Clutch has the same pull as a stock clutch, smooth during shifts and works as designed but you can hear some claking at times when rpm's change from the fly weights and it took me some time to figure out the noise as everyone knows how noise sounds travel on a Harley.
Engine - For a big engine with compression, big cam, heads flowing large amounts of air that usually have pms issues, it was suprising how smooth the engine pulled and matched with a Baker and this new non dragging clutch is a sweet combination plus dropping back to 3.36 gearing it allowed the engine torque and Baker OD6 work great together.
The idle of the 127 is as another member mentioned, it shakes everything from front tire to rear saddlebags, my daughter walked by and said why is everything shaking so bad, some will love it some won't like it, I think my wife will like the shaking as long as she doesn't find out how much it costed to shake like that.
On performance didn't run deep into rpm's with a break in but noticed that when it starts pulling, it keeps pulling and not a quick hit and shift, did a WOT in midrange @ 35 mph and not violent, just smooth and kept stretching the front forks until backing off.
Normal riding isn't a problem with this monster and tame, AFR's are rich right now, going to leave it that way for a while until the larger Dragula muffler arrives. With it being rich won't have to worry about sticking a piston but not going to get a good feel of it's power until I start leaning it into giddy up area. Overall it was great to the White Bike back on the road and won't be bored for a long time.

Sounds like a lot o fun! Beautiful day , here in the midsouth. Be hitting the highway here in a bit. Going out for a test run, myself! Wifes at work, so I have it all to myself!

On a smaller engine I wouldn't run it this rich, with the larger engines creating the heat with the compression they run and known to stick a piston, will let it go because black smoke isn't present and not washing down cylinders. Something else to think about with compression is it will change AFR a bunch to the lean side when engine temps and outside temps are up with a hard roll on throttle and the accell pump fuel is burnt. Plus when I'm talking compression, I mean the starter won't crank the engine without the compression releases pushed so it isn't the old basic Evo anymore, have to adjust to it's needs and some of my reasonings for running it rich.
Going to shoot for basic AFR's which is 13.2 WOT, 13.8 cruising and usually run the idle up into 14.2 to 14.5. This engine is different in the idle area, it likes the rpms in the 1000 - 1100 range and a little on the richer side, if it falls into the 900 rpm range and the AFR's at 14.2 to 14.5 it will just shut off but this problem is easily fixed with the screw as richening it also raises the rpm's into it's happy place.
13.8 cruise is a target but currently in the 12.3 to 12.5 range which is rich, going to need to drop intermediate jet down but when getting into giddy up area it is falling to 11.2 which is rich-rich and might have to drop the main jet 2 or 3 sizes because after reading up it is common to do this with a T-Jet installed. The main jet change will help alot as it's range is wide and starts early in the rpm's and mixes with the T-Jet at 4000 rpm so I have alot to learn with this Ultima/S&S carb and then you have a air bleed that brings in the main jet at certain rpm's, Sachs set up the air bleed jet and trusting him on that one and working around it on other settings.
I know the larger 3" baffle muffler coming will slightly lean it out some but not overcome as rich as it is now and I wish all it was is just a screw turn. I studied the CV, Mikuni and tuned them and now it is the S&S circuits to learn, didn't I start with setting back needing nothing months ago?
