The S&S manifolds use a thin rubber seal for the Super G's and the stock H-D seals for the E series so my man at the Indy informs me.....so you probably should be using stock ones.

Heres a link to S&S: One is for stock port size the other is for S&S port size. Ran into the same thing when I replaced mine , earlier in 2013. hth
Thanks Harold S&S sent seals that are the same circumference as stock HD except the S&S are good bit thinner. I believe The stock HD will give me a better seal.
