Default Spot The Difference

At last, it looks like I want it to look!!

I was going to go the full Fatbob with different rear fender and twin headlights but I like it as it is.

Front fender goes to the paint dude on Monday

Just need TD to come and clean it now....

I like it! (even though it's FILTHY) How does that fat front tire affect the handling?

Is that close to the stock front tire size on my Heritage?

That's all that matters, good job!!

I'd like to replace the front wheel on mine but not sure about the shimming and don't have a trust worthy indy around.... Don't you need some sort of end play or runout guage to do it?

You can set them without a dial indicater,
remove seals, clean grease from bearings and races,
assemble axle, spacers, shims, bearings into wheel with no seals, find a suitable spacer so you can torque the axle nut.
But don't just torque the nut fully in case it's too tight, don't want to screw up the bearings.
Check in and out play of axle as you aproach the spec'ed torque.
When torque is reached, you should still feel some end play, less is better, as long as you have some.
Check at every 1/4 turn of the axle to ensure no binding.
add or remove shims as needed.

Is same as your tyre size and it handles like a Road King, you need to give it a bit more muscle into fast corners or it wants to go wide but you soon get used to it. Getting rid of the fossilised Dunlop for a matching Pirelli will help too.

Its way more stable on the cruise through straight or slightly bendy roads.

Same place as the triple trees, Vulcanworks on EBay, the triples trees are seriously lovely, fender looks like crap in the raw but once its painted it looks way beefier. http://www.ebay.com/itm/16-Front-Fen...item1c272dce3a

Vulcan sent me the wrong rotor spacers so I had them turned down to 5.2mm and they worked just fine.
