Default What went here?

1994 FLHTCU, this top motor mount bracket looks different from what it shows in my books. What was originally mounted there? It looks different from the normal cow bell mounts........just curious.

Did someone replace it with a different one? Looks like it has rubber isolators for some type of fancy horn. That's not the original petcock either.

That's what I was wondering. I changed the petcock as the original had a vacuum leak. I'm used to turning off the gas anyway so I figured it would be one less thing to go wrong later on.

If you are wondering about those two rubber mounts, that is where the horn mounts if I remember correctly. Two mounts on top and one centered down about 6" below those.

I bet the original horn was relocated or an air horn mounted somewhere, and they had one of Harley's parade fans put on. It looks like it was taken off now leaving the area kinda barren looking.,,
