1) You have to be in advance reply
2) Scroll down and hit the button that says manage attachments
3) On the top of the page that opens up you will see where to browse your computer for the picture you want to upload (hint the picture can't be much bigger than 1600x1200)
4) Then hit the upload button that is on the right

So it is worth checking the cases, cylinders and heads for external branding, which if you have any will give a clue to modified inner workings. A compression test would also be interesting, for the same reasons.
