Have to tell ya Span. Had a dream about that house last night about 1am. I was inside the house and the doors kept rapidly opening and closing till I shouted out,
" CLOSE THE DAMN DOORS". I woke up hoping nobody herd me. I might need an exorcist after all.
Yes it's not in too bad a shape to renovate. probably built in the 50s. Good roof, Ceilings wern't wet stained. But a good climb to get in the house. Be a good Mnt rental to bad it's just being over grown.
