What problems did you have?
When I did mine it was no problem.
I'd say it was operator error. I broke off two drill bits and then I broke off the tap IN THE FRAME. It was the worst experience. I should have said it wasn't easy FOR ME. A lot of good a lifetime warranty tap does you when it's lodged in the frame of a bike. Had to weld a nut to it and back it out...just a pain.

I hate it when things like that happen.
gonna go by the dealership tomorrow. our local dealer is pretty good on parts prices. they told me to look around and if i can find what i want they will either match or beat the price.
looking at longshots, and saddlemen desperado bags for the bike. looks like around a grand for the pipes, gaskets, flanges, bags, and quick detach kit. we will see if they can god better than that.
