Default clutch shell toast?

Doing my EV72 upgrade and found my clutch shell in the pic. Is it toast? What are the usual causes of this type of bluing in this area? Other than a very slight vib on decel which I believe has always been present the bike handles and runs the best ever.

If it was my bike, I wouldn't worry about it.

Quick agreement? Good because it is raining all week, the week I have off in three months. I WILL go thru the top end, hope to stop at the heads. I plan to bring them to the ex-service manager at a local harley dealership that opened a head and tuning shop in a nearby town.. Heard reports from track that he has the evo motor in his hands. We shall see. He will port heads and flow them until this stroker screams.
