I don't think I would use a generic blinker fluid as they might go out right in front of a cop. Then you'd get a ticket for not maintaining your vehicle.

Just an update: The warming massage oil did work after all to quiet the brakes but just make sure to clean up if you spill some on the passenger seat. That's where the loud squeal was coming from.
Instead of lubing my rotors, I installed cross-drilled brake lines and that keeps the fluid cool, which keeps the rotors cooler. You have to attack the problem long before it reaches the end component, ya know?
