First of all, the S&S Super E is my favorite carb for Harley. I use the included fiber block spacer but, I have never used the bigger spacer. I dont use an extra brace and haven't needed that. The S&S air cleaner bolts to the heads so, there's no moving around with that carb. It all fits in there nice and tight.
