Also Things have to be kept as a set. Newer model carb goes with newer manifold and newer flanges and newer seals...
Interchanging Older with newer model set makes leaks. Don't ask me how I know, it was a mistake learned the hard way.

Also tighten them down evenly with same gapage.. Don't over tighten but a good snug. Don't grease them cause that can make them slip out of place.

Well, after rebuilding the carburetor, and re setting the float level, I can't get the bike to miss.

I think I'm going to take the advice of a New Zealander, and quit messing with it for now.

I still wish it had more pulling power at 70 mph in 5th gear. But, she's good for now.
