I have an 07 street bob with a stage one. I would like to upgrade the exhaust from a Supertrap to either a Bassani Firesweep or to a Prostreet Turnout.
I’ve seen a number of ppl saying the Prostreet is for the larger engines... mines a 96”.
I like the look of the 2into2 but I don’t want to sacrifice power for looks. Looking for something that sounds and looks badass
Any suggestions on what to go with?
Welcome to the forum.
Can't answer your question about the Prostreet, but for your motor the Supertrapp is one of the best systems there is. What do you mean by upgrading?
I also love the look of a nice 2-2 system (not that swoopy V&H radius garbage) but I also found that I'd never be happy with a 2-2 system performance wise. I settled on a chrome Bassani Road rage pipe, It was the best looking pipe at the time I purchased. But now some of the new stainless pipes look awesome.
You're going to lose no matter what 2-2 system you pick, performance wise. Also I think a 2-1 pipe just sounds much better. The supertrapp pipes are ugly but they perform well, If I were you I'd be looking at just getting a 2-1 pipe you like the looks of better.
