What has been installed on your bike since vibration started?Or did it always have it? A vibration doesnt take much contact to say the frame for it to become nerve racking. Have read some posts of owners wit the 96 incher having mount problems,esp the fwd lower but cant say mine has acted up. Check you bike over good for something loose or touching,have someone put your bike on a dyno if all else fails maybe something will show up.I hope this isnt your problem but the TC96 is able to scissor the crank and yes vibration can be felt if severe enough.
