Default Carb re-jetting

I am rebuilding a damaged 2001 EG. Have added an Arlen Ness Big Sucker and Python slip-ons. Other than that the engine is stock. I know that I will need to re-ject, but can someone help narrow down the jet sizes that I should use. Live in northern Minnesota and the majority of the riding is in this area. Sturgis, Montana, Colorado once a year. Thanks for any advice.

I ran a Arlen Ness Big Sucker and S.E. slip-ons on my 05 road-king, I ended up with a 48 slow jet and 190 main, also added 1/16" washer under the needle to richen up the midrange.
Hope this helps.

Skip if you buy a Dnojet carb kit this will also do the trick plus you can call them and they are really helpful. I have put several of these in and they work great and save a lot of guess work and eliminates thetypical cold blooded coughing and stumbling. I'm also in northern Mn.
