I have a 2016 flhtk 110 with ported and polished heads, larger valves, 58 throttle body with 53 injectors. Compression is 10.8 to 1. Woods 777 cam and a fat cat 2 into 1. I get 124 torque and 117 horsepower, I would like it as quite as I can without losing a lot. I have multiple exhaust systems. Fuel Moto slip on, too loud. I have a s and s 2 into 1 into 2 power tune dual header. I am thinking of a full sac 1.75 or 2.0 wrapped Slip Ons. Any suggestions that would work? Gary.
I have a 2017 FLSS (110) and had the 3" Rineharts. Sounded excellent but now have tinnitus? Went to a local trade show and got a deal on Jekill & Hyde Exhaust. Like having it open (loud) when in traffic due to all the cell phone users that don't seem to get it? When closed it sounds like stock exhaust. The bonus is, when opened it had a real nice deep tone! If standing beside the bike while idling you can feel the percussion of the exhaust on the ground.
is your current exhaust have removable baffles?
some that are, you can buy quiet baffles for them.
or, remove the ones you have, and wrap the baffles, etc.
some have done this without issues, others prefer to have the pipes loud, distracted drivers etc.

You might look into disk mufflers. FM has the e-series and Super Trapp has the fatshot mufflers. Both are tuneable for loudness and restriction. Both have 2:1 disk exhaust system also. I have run the ST fat shots, and the Super Meg 2:1 on a twin cam, they work quite well. Disk exhausts sound different, so you need to hear them in person if possible.
Thanks guys. I have talked to s and s. I have a set of Spo mufflers and s and s power tunes that they said would work great. My power vision tuner in auto tune well retune it. I do have a Fuel Moto with the disks.
