Hi.
I have a 2006 Fatboy FLSTFI (88CUI stock) that are WITHOUT O2 sensors.
I have a SE Stage 3 kit (heads, 95CUI, cams, exhaust and air filter) and when it, a couple of days ago, was dyno´d, the tuner used a map with O2 sensor exhaust.
It runs very well now so I'm very happy BUT........ now the engine error lamp turns on and the error codes says no response from O2 sensors.
I guess the ECM, according to the wiring diagram, has input pins for the sensors even they aren't wired.
Is it possible to install resistors and what resistance is needed?
Also I´m not exactly sure if its the 5V sensor ground or the 5V sensor power that has to be in the other end of the resistor.
I'm looking forward to receive advice from the H-D professors in this forum.
I can tell you that it is possible to install resistors and prevent the error lamp and codes, as this was done on my '07 RKC, now sold. Unfortunately I can't tell you what resistor was used as the tuning was done by others. Surely someone can chime in here and give you a hand.
First you say your bike doesn't have O2 sensors, which is normal for that year I believe, unless you had O2 eliminators installed.
Then you say your tuner used one to tune your bike (also normal, I've done it myself, it's a wideband o2 sensor for tuning during dyno pulls)
Now you're saying you have an error lamp telling you your O2 sensors are missing from the bike?
I'd start with going back to the dyno operator and ask them WTF they did to your bike.

I´m sorry. I´m from Denmark but I thought my english was quite understandable.
The guy who tuned my bike, used a map, configured with sensors, as base for the dynotuning. (by mistake)
I wish people would answer the actual question instead of trying to interpret what THEY think the problem is.
Digital MultiMeter, Dynojet Power Commander 5(V Roman numeral).
My apologies, I forgot you were from Denmark and probably not aware of some of the abbreviations commonly used in the U.S. DMM reads voltage and resistance. You may know it as a VOM (Volt Ohm meter)
