Installing replacement muffler interconnect assembly
I bought a bike with no mufflers and no muffler interconnect assembly for my 2006 sportster 883 custom. I got a replacement assembly and although it appears to be easy to install, it looks like the rear brake push rod needs to run through it and I cannot seem to figure out how to release one end or the other of the rod in order to do this. So, Im looking for a way to release the rod, or complete instruction on how to install the interconnect assemble. Many, MANY thanks!!
