...ok i switched back to 93-grade but my EG is still vibrating. I dont think its coming from the exhaust either, although it sounds a little louder (keep inmind that I'm still running stock mufflers)... what do i do. Someone told me that I may need to replace my Spark Plugs.
Do you mean it is really vibrating or do you mean it is making a loud rattle or pinging sound during accelerating? If it is the latter, then your bikr is running to lean. No matter what gas you run you will have this problem. If you have a carb need to do some jetting. If EFI need a race tuner or power commander. They both do wonders.

No rattling or pinging sound, just extra vibration. Usually its pretty smooth when I accelerate and all i hear is the muffler, but now I feel it vibrate all throughout the bike... and the muffler is a little louder...
You need to check all of your motor mounts to make sure they are not loose or possibly broken.Make sure you check the one that is between the cylinders at the very top of the motor. It's hid from your sight under the tank. I have seen the bolt on it back off before. Hopefully that will fix your problem.
Also check swing arm mounts. The swing arm pivot bolt also runs through the back of your transmission. If it was to be loose you would also feel a wobble in your bike as well. Just a thought.
Help mine is vibrating. 07 ECG vibration in floor boards. actually hurts feet and knees.
You know one thing that I found that made me felt EXTREMELY STUPID, are my PANTS. I like wearing baggy (but not so baggy) pants andwith itFLAPPING while i'm ridding added vibrations. I kid you not. I grabbed one leg and pinned the pants down while running, low and behold it eliminated some of the vibration.
Other causes: 1) Exhaust Leak - i need to replace my header gasket, 2) Lean - I need to adjust my float to give it more fuel. I get excessive heat and I noticed that my right muffler is blueing. Also, my plugs are white!
yep I found out the pant thing last night when I was out. Also found that the muffler mounts under the saddle bags had a problem. The rubber mount with the metal piece that mounts to the pipe was allowing the pipe to work up and down maybe just 1/8 inch. I rode it after I fixed it and seemed to have cured it. I will know more Sunday when I get a chance to really try it out.
I had it at 50mph and above while giving it gas on my 06 deluxe. Turned out to be the motor mount on the top of the engine behind the horn was loose. My friend who's a Harley mechanic asked if I could spin the washer under the bolts and if they spun it was loose and sure enough he was correct. bike had 10,000 miles on it and it never was tighten. Got the bike with 8,000 miles. Now it rides smooth like a softtail should ride
