I recently got a Sharkroad 2-1 exhaust system on Amazon for only $399.99. Couldn't find many reviews on this system so I knew I was kind of taking a chance. Figured I'd share my experiences in the event it helps someone else. The bike I put the system on is a 2007 CVO Road King with a SE heavy breather air cleaner and PCV tuner.
The overall look of the exhaust to me is awesome. I love the styling of it. Of course this is subjective. I put it on in about 2 1/2 hours without much difficulty. The sound is absolutely what I had hoped for. Of course this is obviously subjective as well. It is definitely what I would consider a louder system especially when you consider what is popular on touring bikes. My favorite thing is how it sounds when I let off. Get that nice blap blap blap when downshifting and such, kinda like how drag pipes sound. Some exhausts sound kinda fluttery and weak sauce when downshifting which I personally don't like. As for performance it feels the same as before where I was running true dual header pipes with Rinehart mufflers. I didn't expect a power gain or anything so I'm happy in that category.
Chrome finish is not amazing or record setting but it definitely is good considering this is a $400 full system. Time of course will tell how it holds up. I wish I could share a video on here to show the sound. I did post a video on my Instagram which is Tactical_Weasel should anyone want to search that. If I record another video or anything and put it on YouTube I'll come back and drop a link here.
Overall I really love this exhaust and would recommend it if you're wanting a full system 2-1 that is on the louder side without spending $1000 or so. I'm just tickled with how it sounds and don't want to put the bike in the garage when I go for a ride. Could just listen all day to this thing.
I couldn't get the video to load on here maybe because the file is too big. I posted on my IG page though so if you have instagram you can see the sound clip there. My Instagram is Tactical_Weasel
I have these on a 2021 streetglide special and they are awesome. I have tried to find a 2 into1 pipe from this company for 2022 lowrider ST but have not had much luck. You cant beat this exhaust system for the price point!
