I have the same slipons ,my baffle makes a hell of a noise when cold but when warms up pretty much stops.
thought about using the high temp silicon sealer on the baffle, soon as get a little time will get it done. works good for
slipons just got to make sure let it cure 24 hours.

same as mine, let me know how the silicone works.
someone suggested taking off the end cap, removing the baffle and slightly bending the hole in the end a little out of round so it goes back on the inside pipe tighter. Don't know about that.
