Haley Mapping
I have read all the posts about how crappy the 06 harley mapping on stage 1 kits are. My question is has any body had ANY luck with the harley mapping. I have a 06 ultra thinking of putting on se breather and se touring mufflers. My dealer insists on not installing a race tuner or pc. He says my bike will run fine. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Klemmer---I haven't taken delivery of my bike yet...but my dealership in N.C. says he will do the download; however they have been really upset with the 06 downloads. He said that they have had no luck with them and because of that..he recommended the PC. I really wanted the download and then I was going to put the PC on top of that..so if the PC went out; the bike wouldn't be lean. But, he said "more precisely"......they've had bad luck with downloads on 06 models that have aftermarket pipes. I going with the V&H staggered. I don't know if that helps any---but at least there are two dealers that you and I know of that are saying the same thing.

Good luck trying to find a good posting with the Harley mapping download. Even Harley haven't had any good experiences with the download now that's saying alot.
