yea!!! got my 08 e/g classic back last nite after exchanging my 2.25 baffles for 1.75. mucho better!! now instead of all the popping @ deceleration and even between hard shifts, it actually sounds like a hd should. no popping , etc. they also redynoed so imagine results are a culmination of both. who cares? it works. now just have to see if retune has upped my milage. i was only getting 25-28 mpg. it has to be better now.....bike has se hi flow, sert, rush pipes.....ride safe

Yea boy, We've ran into the same deal on the 08 bikes, the Rush 1 3/4 are the only ones we can get to run flawlessly,tried V&H and Rineharts and they all pop.Lucky you just had to replace a baffle set.

MY 1.75 BAFFLES ARE A LITTLE QUIETER BUT NOT AS MUCH AS YOU MIGHT THINK.. HOWEVER, CRACK THE THROTTLE AND THE SOUND IS GREAT. ACTUALLY LIKE SOUND BETTER THAN WHEN I HAD THE 2.25'S. HAD DEALER RETUNE AT SAME TIME AND AS OF THIS WEEKEND, GETTING 38 MPG INSTEAD OF THE 25 I WAS GETTING WITH BIGGER BAFFLES. ALTHOUGH THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH BAFFLES, JUST REMEMBER TO REDO TO KEEP EVERYTHING STRAIGHT. MY DEALER HAD TUNE WAAAAYYY TOO RICH THE FIRST TIME HE DYNOED... RIDE SAFE...
