Has anyone installed and used the screaming eagle supertuner? I plan on installing a s/e heavy breather intake and sampson exhust on my 2007 softail. My local H-D dealer says that I have to have them tune the bike and put it on the dyno. Is this true? From what I have read, thats the point of the supertuner, I can run the bike after the installs and then make the proper setting adjustments on my own. I'm wondering if this is just the H-D dealerships trying to trump up business. I also have a Yamaha 700 raptor with EFI and I was able to make all the tuning adjustment through the MAP tuner I bought for that when I changed its pipe and intake. It seems to me it should be the same with my softail. Any info and help would be appriciated. Thanks!

You dont have to take it to the dealer to have it done but you DEFINATLEY have to have it dyno'd. There are a few very good tuners on here that can dial ya in on the exact why's and where to take it. Good luck.
