Just a few things to consider on these runs:
A VERY stingy 250i that Otto and Dave say is probably a good 5/5 lower than other area 250i's
4th gear pulls
Very hot and humid day

Those numbers are real impressive for a known stingy dyno... Your customer should be very happy...

Yes the customer is extremely happy with his new build. Looking over the old dyno sheets to the new ones, how could he not be happy .

Default 107" Drop-on kits

The last one we saw with only 2 difference between actual/SAE was 119.6 hp and 125 plus ft lbs., striking 120 ft lbs by 2700 rpms.
With our Stage III head it would smoke that hp number, but good.

That kit is less than 2000 in chain drive, 2342 for gear drive and that is 100% complete from parts to gaskets. That is a very stout deal where money vs power comes into play. Again only examples, but when you look at customers that start off with a basic cam and street port set up , then move up to a big bore and more head porting they have spent that almost two times over.

Thanks HDWrench. Very nice kit. Now to be fair to you and Hillside, may I ask the OP what is your budget?

to answer your question a couple of ways to go
1. the expensive way that was mentioned or
2.also i see you are running the pc3 you should have no problem with finding a tuner.
if you do a quick clean up on your heads you can get away with a smaller cam more of a bolt in and stock heads cleaned up with a good tune you will be surprised.
if you just do a cleaan up on the heads and a cam swap look around you can probley find a cam on the cheaper side . with gaskets cam , mild head work you should be looking at 800-to a grand
3. a woods 6 cam and your heads done.
i recomend baisley heads.
