Actually not bad numbers with the long shots; are they baffled (back pressure & pulse wave)? How's the AFR? I go with the 13.5 lean side for the HP and 13.0 rich for the torque with a slight curve up on the 4th gear roll-on toward peak adjusted using SERT VE tables for F/R cylinders. Did you shut down the O2 sensors while adjusting the AFR? It will through off your AFR numbers and I've even heard of leaving them off using the SERT maps. Also try a slight spark advance. Where you set everything depends on what you want to do, ride hard or ride smooth. Do a cruise test also from 2000-4000 slow acceleration to test AFR rideability since it will be different from WOT. Nice bike by the way!

Depending on which head gasket thickness was used, you should be around 10:4 to 1 with around 220+ compression. I had a similar build on my engine with the SE 258's and mine made 94hp & 96.5tq. It was tuned with a PCIIIr.
You should be getting better numbers on your build. Not great for low end torque, but should stretch out nicely.
