I am getting the big bore kit put on my 01 Night Train. I was wondering if their is anything else I should change while I am in the engine? More HP or TQ............ Thanks
..just wondering ...what did it cost you. I bought an '01 Ultra with the 1550 kit in it..but could only put on 5 miles, before storing it for the winter..

To get the big bore kit installed and have the jugs diamond cut i am paying around $1400. I hope it is worth it...................
Should run decent. I had a 03 ntrain with 95 ,203 cams ,42 carb and propipe and it was dynoed at 86 hp and 97 torque. It was a fun bike ,just not too comfy lol.
Unless you are doing cams w/ bigbore, you will notice very little difference
Agreed.
Now, install a Wood 6, or Andrews 37, or R&R .525, and have your cylinder heads re-worked to run any of those grinds, and now your talking about something that will impress you, and distress your friends.
