Default Evo: Jugs, pistons and rods gone, looking for advice

Long story short, leaned out under boost (pinched fuel line), and my pistons, jugs and rods are gone.
Current setup is (all evo):
Aerocharger blow through intercooled
Delkron case
dyna single fire/ dual plug
single 42mm carb
s&s 4 5/8 kit

With these parts gone, looking at punching it out at the same time.
For jugs and pistons, been looking at sputhe's (104) and axtells (106) kits, and have read enough on revtech to stay away. I like the fact the sputhe's kit has a CR of 9.0:1 which is more in line with a boosted engine (axtell is 10.5), but like the expansion properties of running a full iron axtell cylinder. The advantage in cooling doesn't matter, 99% of my rides are over 45mph, next to 0 idling (live in the country). I could special order some pistons to work, but this would increase the budget.

For rods looking at something stronger. The regular S&S failed, looking at the "severe duty" pieces. Any suggestions on any other pieces I might have overlooked?

My goal is to get out for under 1500 in parts (don't want to charge things in this economy). My shop is very resonable on machine work, and I am capable of rebuilding motors. Any feedback is appriciated.

Axtell Cylinders, and S&S Nitro rods(severe duty), balance crank up and bore cases.
Then you'll be ready for round # 2.

Think I'll be better off to work through Axtell on pistons, or go directly to JE, arias, wiesco, CP1 etc? From looking at the manufact websites, looks like the minimum order is 4, but I'll get exactly what I need. But then there's the budget concerns (once I get over 2k, I get into new motor range). I'll have a better idea on the exact cc of the heads within a couple days.

I was leaning heavily towards the Axtell kit. From my experience with VW's, expansion plays havoc on engines. You have studs, cylinders, rods and sleeves of different materials. They all expand differently. With the full iron, you remove the worst offender, and brings everything closer together. On the demanding conditions I have, sounds good (plus looking at a nos kit on my shelf).
