Oil Temp Gauge Install

Installed the Roger McEwan oil temp gauge in my 02 EGC last night. Very easy install and it looks good. Went for about a 30 mile test ride. Takes a bit to start to register but at the end of the ride it's readout was the same as the dip stick gauge. If you are considering one, get it, you'll like it.

Did the same install on my 00EGC about 2 weeks ago, same gauge. Works great, it's alot better than looking at that worthless air temp gauge. Welcome to the forum.

I did a Roger Mcewen gauge about 65,000 miles ago and after about 2 years it crapped out. I contacted Roger and he sent a new one even tho the warranty was up. Mine reads exactly the same as the dipstick gauge after 40 miles or so.
