thunderheader vs. rhinehart

I have a '99 Road King with the SE mufflers and the Stage 1 air cleaner/efi re-map. With regards to changing the exhaust, any opinions either way on the Thunderheader vs. the Rhinehart duals?

I'll just say this, a thunderheader doesn't look right on a RoadKing.

My Lt. has the thunderheaders on his 80 inch roadking. Although it may not be as appealing as the Rhinehart duals, it still looks good and provides horsepower. Lt. has an injected bike w/ a few other mods and dyno time. His bike is quick for a touring bike.

Go with the Rineharts and have it Dyno Tuned. With the Rineharts there is not an exact map to download. They use the closest map then modify it. You can tune every step with the Rineharts which is very unusual. It takes longer but you have a much better tune. My dealer is running a 2005 Roadglide, 117 cu in and 2038 cc. He is running True Duals after running a Thunderheader last year (2004 Roadglide with same engine). I ran his bike up to 130 last Saturday and believe me it was the best motorcycle ride I ever had. I have the Rineharts on my 2000 Screamin Eagle Roadglide and love them. Just wish I could make it go as fast as my dealer's bike.

Thanks for the feedback. I am leaning towards the Rineharts as some of the internet pricing is much more reasonable than the local dealer's price.

thunderheader makes great power and sounds good. I had them on my 92 softail with a built motor. Sounded mean has hell. Rattled windows where ever I went.
