ruff running EVO after warmup
As I stated earlier in this, I have already removed the primary cover and replaced the sled or shoe. What I didn't do was replace the chain at that time "2 or 3 weeks ago". I had inspected it and the gears but felt at the time they were fine. Becuase the shoe had been warn out so bad the dealership thought that replacing the chain might make it run smoother as the chain may have been streched so far out. Also that because it had warned out the shoe so bad. It may have made the chain ruff and it would just ware out the the new shoe even faster. I agree with this becuase it is a low cost and easy enough to do "myself" as a precausion.
I have a service manual so no need there.
I also think I spent $50.00 wisley. Why not let them look at the bike and give an opinion as to it's condition and any suggested improvements.
