Default Installing exhaust, o2 sensor ???

I'm going to be installing some V&H on my bike, but was wondering how install the o2 sensors without getting the wires all twisted ? Is there a a plug or connection somewhere near the sensor that I can just unplug it and then just reinstall after the sensor is tightened ?

Is it recommended to use Teflon or something similar when installing the o2 sensors ?

The connector for the front o2 sensor is located in the front electrical caddy. The plastic caddy is between the frame down tubes and behind the regulator. The connector for the rear o2 sensor is located in the wiring harness (jumble of wires) under the seat.

And a LITTLE neverseize on the threads ONLY (Just a dab, be careful not to contaminate sensor) and torque to 20 lb ft.
