Lifters have about 70k on them. Just the light. It seemed as though the case was over pressurizing also, lost alot of oil thru the breather, I thought.
After I put it back together, I went and rode 70+ miles hard. Once parked I think I lost about a tablespoon of oil after parked. I don't think it's coming out of the breather, a little leak from the pushrod seals and maybe the lifter block gaskets.
Other than that runs freekin' great.
Word to the wise on that lifter mileage.
Moco bulletin stated to "inspect/replace them at 25,000.
IF the rollers seem loose, once cleaned, then ditch them.
Mighty ugly when they take the cam/pump out, and they CAN, get tangled in the pinion bearing as well.
You do not want any of that.
