Vanishing AC oil
Anyone running an open filter element like the heavy breather have trouble keeping your filter oil from running to the bottom of the filter in hot weather? I only use K&N filter cleaner when I clean it and I've only used K&N filter oil to oil it. Here in east Texas temps run anywhere from 95 to 100+ in the summer. I can oil my filter and in one day in the sun, whether riding or parked, the top of the filter is almost white by the end of the day. It will still be pink on the inside ( no pun intended) so there is still some oil, but I'm not sure it is enough. Does anyone know if there is a better oil to use than K&N?

i bought the red dye from wally world and just reoil every oil change.
