Default Evo top end rebuild ?

I should start by saying my bike ( 87 softail ) was sarting to do some smoking while at idle after a while riding . Did compression test front cylinder120 , rear 125 . Did a leak down test and front cylinder 40 % intake and rear was 20 % exhaust losses . Tore it down to take a look . I could see after head removal the valves were seating horribly . Front cylinder has some white kinda of build up on the side of chamber on head . Pulled pistons and found some markings on skirts and front cylinder piston has a lot of build up ( oil ? )
yanked cam , there was pitting on lobes and pulled lifters , same pitting . So I want to go with andrews ev3 cam , new lifters , manley 10 over pistons ( stock compression 8:5/1). manley valves and spring kit . Heads will be done and a 3 angle valve job with the bottom cut being radiused into cumbustion chamber . Also polishing and porting on the heads . Already have a cran high 4 single fire with coil and adjustable push rods , Vance and hine sbig radius 2 / 1 exhaust . Any thoughts on a different set up or should this be good ?

The Andrews 3 cam is a good one, as is the 27, and the Wood 6.
The only other thing that I would reccomend would be to surface the heads, -.060", as any/all of those grinds responds VERY well to at least that.

When I bring the heads in to the machine shop I will talk to him about that . I couldn't see any clearance problems , piston , valve or could there be ?

Default valves

none of the cams you selected have a real high TDC lift,so shouldnt be a prob,BUT ALWAYS SHOULD BE CHECKED!!

If I go 0.060 on the heads what kind of compression can I expect or how can I calculate that ?

Thanx Kirby , found a calculator and without knowing cc's if I want 9.5-1 I would have to go .090 . Seems a lot to me . What do you think .

dont really want to go .090,ide go with new 9.5-1 pistons,cc them now and see how far youd need to go to get 9.5-1
-.060 with a .030 h. gasket might get you in the ball park,78.9cc`s would be 9.5-1
