Yes they will. You will need to buy stock flanges from an 06 model bike though.
Whats your build going to be though. Those heads need some supporting mods to work correctly. but when done correctly, they work well imo...

Not quite sure yet.
I originally got these heads for my SE Ultra because of all the Head Problems and since the "NEW" head upgrade, have had no problems and I have even added Woods CAMs to the bike and it is running really good.
Have a 2001 Road King that is bone stock all over and ready for COMPLETE makeover. SInce I have these heads on the garage shelf, I really would like to use them and not get new ones or have the existing worked, just yet.
What would you suggest for a build with these heads?
