Cam storage

A quick question: I just bought a pair of cams for my upcoming 103" build. It will probably take until after this coming riding season for me to save all the $$ to actually do the thing. So for the several months between now and then, are my cams in danger of rusting?

Right now they're just sitting in the box they came in, out in the garage.

I just went and looked at my stock cams that I took out in 2005 and have been sitting in the garage in an Andrews cam box and they look like the day I took them out.

cover in oil seal up box and should be good. they should have came coated
