at daytona, having engine issues!!!!

at daytona, having engine issues!!!!
So im fresh out of my build ( you can see it down at the bottom of the post) Im around 750 miles into it. I rode it 500 while i was home and trailered it down to daytona. We decided to go to miami yesterday, then to key west this morning, and back to daytona tomorrow morning.
When we were leaving from daytona we were cruising around 80-87 and after my first fill up my bike started hesitating a little like i got some bad gas. I though thats what it was at first but throughout the ride to key west and back i got the same feeling and we are well through that first fill up. I cant imagine what it is. Im scared to say it may be that damned M&M fuel injection. What do you think i should do? any suggestions?
