Pushrod tube question

Default Pushrod tube question
I am installing SE quick install adjustables and have a question about the pushrod tube clips. When I install the clips, are the spring collars supposed to overlap the bottom of the clip? I can grab the bottom of the clip with my fingers and pull it out without depressing the collar. Is this normal?

If by clip you mean keepers no, you don't have enough spring tension to keep the covers from leaking. Longer keepers would be in order. Are you sure you have all the parts installed?

No. Those pushrods normally come with tubes, clips and o-rings; sounds like you have the wrong parts.
