Default Fuel drip.... need help please!

I have a fuel drip on my 1996 Ultra Classic. It is comming from the bottom of the shut off valve. I don't know how it is leaking but, it is not from the gasket. It appears to be comming from the little "tit" thingy haning down. I'm not a mechanic I just don't know what else to call it. Can anyone help?

You can buy HD pn# 61200-97 which is the DIAPHRAGM SERVICE KIT, FUEL VALVE or you could just buy a new Pingel petcock and replace it with a good one.
