Default Carb problem

Hi guys, I've recently gotten my 92 heritage softail bacl on the road after a few years in the shed. I had to strip and clean the carb as it hadn't been drained and was completely gummed up.
The stuff in the jets was like tar but I was able to clear them out.
The problem is that I wasnt able to get the accelerator pump working because I cant see how to remove the pump nozzle to clean it.
The bike won't run properly now until it has completely warmed up, I think it is the accelerator pump nozzle that is the problem as the book says that the accelerator pump assists smooth operation during warm up.

Does anyone know it it's possible top remove the pump nozzle from the float bowl. It seems to be pressed in, not sure.

Any other tips would be great. The bike splutters and stalls until it is warmed up. then it seems to run right. It didn't used to do this during warm up.

Soak it in carb cleaner, then blow it out with compressed air.

Thanks Jimsflh, But I've already tried that. The nozzle seems to be blocked with some very stubern stuff and according to the book there is a check valve in it which I would imagine doesn't help me clear it out. Did you ever try removing the pump stray nozzle from a CV float bowl, or is it even possible?

I'm sure it comes out, by hook or crook (might have to drill it/cut it and easy out) and press a new one in if you can find a replacement. But usually repeated soaking and blowing will get it.

Thanks Jim, I was up with the dealership today and I was able to order a new float bowl. Ill be able to play around with the old one without any fear of breaking it
