Stock Pushrods or Adjustables.......
Having said that, if you don't plan on opening up the cam chest a couple of times a season, stock, or non-adjustable is definitely the way to go. You need to take a couple of things into consideration and to the math before deciding if the stock length will work or you will need "perfect fit" type pushrods.
If the heads are milled and a thinner head gasket used, the effective length of the pushrod is extended using more of the available travel in the adjustable lifter than stock. Nothing wrong with that but you shoul know how much of the available lifter travel is remaining.
Also different cams have different base circles which also will effectively shorten or lenghten the pushrod depending on whether the new cam base circle is larger or smaller than the stock cam base circle.
Do the math to determine whether or not the stock pushrod length will work. If not, the MoCo makes +/-.030" amd +/-.060".
If you are worried about valve train noise, get a set of the new Woods directional lifters; they have solved serious valve trai noise problems on one of my bikes.
