A Wood 6 cam, Wiesco 10:1 pistons and a bore, as you said, a clean-up on the heads, along with a set of OEM Harley lifters, free-flowing air cleaner/exhaust, and possibly, but not mandatory, a Dyna 2000i ignition.
This WILL produce 80 plus hp and 90 ft/lbs, over a broaaaad band.
VERY smooth, and your fuel economy will also increase as well.
Carb jetting will be at/near 46 pilot, 180 main.
Must have done 75-100 of these over the years.

I had that build scott was talking about with head work and there weren't may bikes that could keep up even stock 103 and 110's. You can get away with 10.5:1 on the woods 6 and put out 85 hp and 94 torque. But that will need head work..and a huge **** eatin grin....
